  • 15-Day Window: Initiate returns within 15 days of delivery
  • Original Condition: Tags attached, unworn, unwashed with original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt
  • Final Sale Items: Collabs and limited edition pieces marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable (we treat these like collector’s items)

DENIM ALERT:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items (marked as such)
  • Collabs (these are one-time-only drops)
  • Opened underwear or intimate apparel

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new size/style within 1-2 business days

International refunds may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.
